Was at Wally Mart and needed some Vitamin C tablets. I usually take them this time of year because of all the cold and flu bugs running around. For those that don't know they boost your immune system. Anyway for the first time ever they were wiped out.....I mean the shelves were bare (except for one bottle that was in the wrong place but we wont count that one).

So I couldn't help but wonder...….is this a result of a bad flu year or is this the first sign of Corona Virus panic here on our own soil??

I didn't look to see if they were out of Oranges yet.

Probably a bit of both! I wonder if the Emergen-C was all gone too.

Want some Vitamin C and other good stuff for ya? Glass of real OJ, tablespoon of grated ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne if you’re starting to feel like they’re messing with you. It tastes awesome plus is chock FULL of good stuff that’ll help ya out.

I'd say it's a combination of both. I have a glass of fresh squeezed OJ every morning, and take 1,000 mg tablet of Vit C every day at lunch.

Buy it on Amazon. When you buy stuff like that at a local store, you have to think about most of the people who are there buying that stuff and touching the boxes are sick.

Vitamin C tablets are only good for creating expensive urine (not absorbed). Orange juice has vitamin C but too much sugar (no fiber).

Much better off eating a couple of kiwis (with skin) every day.

excess is filtered and eliminated yes, but some gets absorbed and used by the body. The mega dose vitamin C, a lot goes out but your body absorbs as much as it can before that which im ok with.
