Probably chicken Depending on the inside build could be a water cistern also for poultry

I'm guessing chicken feeder or waterer that someone repurposed for quail or turkey.

That's a good score if it's not rusted out on the bottom. That is commercial sized stuff like what you find in turkey and chicken farms.
