I recently bought 16 acres and I have been cleaning it up over the past couple weeks.

This is one of many things that were left behind.

Is it a pig feeder?

It's about 6-7 ft tall.

Put that on a raised table top and the turkeys would lovey it.

Depending on the inside build could be a water cistern also for poultry

I'm guessing chicken feeder or waterer that someone repurposed for quail or turkey.

It's a chicken feeder. If it's that big they had a bunch of chickens.

That's a good score if it's not rusted out on the bottom. That is commercial sized stuff like what you find in turkey and chicken farms.

Poultry feed, likely turkey in that size, designed for inside use.
