Just watched the top 20 shooters in the USA shoot a PRS match for big $$

ALL shot 6mm with the Dasher accounting for the majority of rifle calibers. 105 grain rocking it

The 6mm is fast and flat, but it's hard to see impacts at longer ranges (800+). As a range officer at some of these matches, I hate calling for the 6mm rounds at distance. I will always go minimum of 6.5mm or more.

Love me some 6 Creed and 6 Dasher. Really interesting to see how the trends have moved quickly to smaller calibers.

Keep in mind, PRS matches vary in terrain, wind speeds, and distances of shots. Shooting in Louisiana is going to be much different than the Heat Stroke Open in NW Oklahoma. The Heat Stroke is soo hard lots of PRS shooters skip it to not mess up their points standing. The Lone Survivor Benefit match near Navasota is also a different ballgame.

So, you have to look at cartridges like a bag of golf clubs, use the right club for the shot. In this case, use the right cartridge for the match. I have zero doubt the 6 Dasha does a great job at certain matches. Then there are others a 6.5mm and 147's is going to be the better tool for the job.

Positional heavy matches like most east coast stuff will be heavy br variant. Matches out west that are more field style will lean more 6 creed and 6.5mm. That being said the br are still tough or can be.
