I know the horror about giving dogs chicken bones and would not do it today. Funny thing is growing up we always did. Everybody did. Never remember it being a problem.

I gave my Lab a couple rib bones once. The dumb azz swallowed them lengthwise and was waiting for more. Never had and in issue so they must have passed. NO MORE BONES Same here. Swallowed a rib bone and got caught sideways. He almost died right before my eyes. No bones for our dogs any longer.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it. Don't text and drive.
