I used to have it bad, and had to go to massage therapist 2 times per week for a foot massage
I switch to Crocs and no more issues. I use the clogs looking ones for work, they are great.

All I could think of when I watched it was Sheldon Cooper's Fun with Flag's.
I had it bad about 10 years ago as well. One of the first things my podiatrist told me was to dump my crappy shoes and buy ASIC running shoes. Not the cheap $50 ones, but the $120+ ones. She also had me add the Spenco inserts. It took a couple of years, a lot of foot stretches and a couple of rounds of shots, but I finally got over it. I still have it flair up occasionally, but nothing like it was back then. Since then, pretty much any pair of shoes I buy is an ASIC running shoe and gets an insert at the same time.
Thanks, Rich

I had it and it took forever to get rid of. Orthopedic Dr treated me. My son had it and I took him to a very special gal that did Active Release Therapy and his was gone in thre or four sessions. Buy good shoes and don't keep them too long.

Ive had flat feet all my life. Last month I woke up one morning, took a step, screamed and fell down, lol. Out of the blue over night I could not put an weight on my right foot. I borrowed crutches, thinking whatever it was would go away in a day or so. After three days it was still there so went to the dr. Dr said it was plantar fasciitis. Mine isn't back by my heel but spread out over my entire arch. After 4 days on crutches I could put weight on it again. I did the Dr scholls machine at Walmart and got the insoles it told me I needed. I haven't had the super pain flair back up but have had a mild burning in my arch. Ive always worn New Balance shoes, and replace insoles every 6 months or so. I also wear crocs at home. Im going to be looking for new shoes soon. I just hope I don't have a huge flair up like that again.

Dr.Scholls inserts are junk. Find some Superfeet inserts.
