My best boots are Lucchese Caiman. My fugliest are I think boa by Laredo.

My boots are and have been for decades, round toe plain leather Nocona's. It was so much easier to get the feedlot crap off of them.

These are the ones I wear for working in , pretty dang comfortable. Waterproof, water just rolls off of them.

This is the ugliest type of cowboy boot on the market. Only to be worn with white stitch CMFM jeans and white Oakley sunglasses.

Def. the ugliest boot around.

I have the same style luccesse’s that JP has, I like them a lot.

Those boots fit so good, I thought they were too big at first. Never have I put on a boot that was so comfortable the first time I wore them. They were definitely a splurge, but you have to treat yourself every once in a while.

You've never worn a comfortable boot for the first time you wore them?
That's crazy. Or maybe that's why I love Anderson Bean, they feel great from the get go, and only get better.

Just got these and they are extremely comfortable. I like the look, the finish and everything.

They will be replacing my trusty Ariats as my every day.

I've bought two pairs of Ariat boots in the last year. The first pair, I could barely get the left boot on and the second the right boot. Second pair has stretched a little, but the first pair was a total waste.

All this boot talk is making me think I need a new pair rofl

I've got a couple pair of Justin and a pair of Rocky cowboy boots (prior to them going to poop). What I really need is a new pair of hunting boots that I like because the last two pairs of Rocky's I've bought have been trash...really disappointing.

I had the same problem with a previous pair. Also had one where the sole came off way too quick. Not sure why I bought a 3rd pair, but luckily these have not had any issues and fit well. They have good designs and their clothes are cool too. I have 3 of their quarter zip pull overs that are almost my daily attire when it's cold - just ordered a 4th. Hopefully they have quality control in better shape these days.

This is the quarter zip I like. I have it in gray, charcoal, black and a brown one on the way.

My daily boots are the Ariat brand. Just like the ones pictured in J. P. Greeson post. They are tough and last much longer than the Red Wing, Justin, Thorogood boots that I have tried.
As far as the ugliest, any of the squared toe boots. Don't like any of them and won't wear them.

This is my third pair of this exact boot, it’s a Rocky and that’s all I know. These are 6 years old. I wear them to work I hunt in them and pretty much if I’m not wearing shorts I have them on. I wore them as my every day boot for the past 5 years at work and average about a 3 mile walk every day at lunch. They are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I replaced them with a twisted x but will go back to rocky when the trustee x are done. Ariats have to be the most uncomfortable boot I have ever worn!

Yessr, me too. I wear work boots to social events because I work a lot more than I socialize, and I don’t really care what anyone thinks. I clean and oil my boots before anything special. When my oldest Son got married I bought a pair of nice new boots. They’re work boots now, whatever.

These are my daily’s when I’m in the lab and need composite toes. I just wear trail runners otherwise (city life). [Linked Image]
