Anyone buying one yet? They now have the 30-06, .270 and 300 Win Mag available for order at $1,699 MSRP

Was going to buy a new Browning X-Bolt Pro in 30-06 to put a VX6HD and Suppressor on, but may be leaning towards the Benelli now. I know I should pump the brakes and wait until they start offering them with Cerekote finish, but it is very tempting. I also dont understand why they have a fluted spiral bolt on the Franchi rifle and opted to not on this one. I just honestly think they are going to get the feedback quick and upgrade it with a few more things like the sprial fluted bolt and Cerekote finish.

What else is it missing?

Man, the caliber selection is "special"

Kind of looks like that failure of a shotgun they put out years ago called the Vinci crossed with a Tikka T3.

It would be intriguing at half their price, but there are many others I'd look at first before the Lupo in that range.

Yep, I'm strongly considering a Sauer 100 right now. Seems like a lot of quality for the money.

EDIT: Some of these foreign rifle makers have gotten really smart by using the Remington 700 scope mount pattern to open up mounting options. Bergara, Sauer, and Mauser have all done it.

if it's anything like their SS recoil system, it'll be a pleasant rifle to shoot

it looks nice , ergo, simple

I'll wait til next year and pick up one in .308
