Muffin is 12 years old and has lost most of her teeth. I still try to get her to eat all the dry food that she can. Tonight I had nachos and fajitas . I dropped some of the cheese in her bowl and she thought it was great. Later she tried some of the tenderloin that was covered with salsa. She eventually finished the dry food.

Any of your dogs ever back off spicy foods?

Funny thing. I take her for a walk every morning. She always starts pulling on her lead to find a good spot in the grass beside the road. Her stools are firm.

I honestly believe if my dog and I were stranded with just a little food, I’d feed him before I fed myself. I do know dog gas is pretty dang bad and people food dog gas is toxic lol.

Our dogs always ate people food. Had one that would jump on the kitchen countertop to get at it.

I’m down to just one dog now and try not to feed her people food. In the past I have thrown a little their way and then they didn’t care for their dry food as much once they had the good stuff. I can’t blame them for that. One exception though... every time I cook a steak, I save them some at the end. Always.

My baby puppy eats pretty much anything . Just mix in a litlle dry food and hes good. still eats the dry by itself like no ones biddness. Really, I throw in extra because he eats like a horse, all 100lbs of his baby self. haha Great dog though. Cant wait till the little one stops TEETHING. I fed him some pieces of steak from the grill and the puppy flipped over the grill the next day looking for more

You got it. I invited Cast and New Gulf to dinner one time. We had chicken parmigiana. I wanted to put her in the bedroom while we ate. Cast would have none of it. He took the picture.

My Labs eat EVERYTHING. Took them on my walk today, they were grazing like cows. They eat wood, dirt, poop and grass, just about anything on the ground. I have not found any kind of food they won't eat.

Bill we feed Luke only dry dog food, once he gets really old we will start spoiling the hell out of him with whatever he wants to eat
