My grandpa and grandmas Evanoff immigrated from Bukgeria. They went back before the big war and got trapped by communist dominated Russia. We never had running water or electricity until after the big war and the REA. Anyone know what REA stood for? Rural electrification agency.it’s now called RUS, Rural Utility Services.
