Have any of you guys had a bad experience with nyquil liquid? If so let's hear them. Last night was the first and last time I will use that product. I want to see if anyone else has had the same experience.

Not Nyquil, but I had a super bad experience with Zyzol. It gave me a severe headache, cold sweats, and a fever. Lasted about 6 hours then was gone. I will never take that again.

Kids abuse it and call it robotripping. They like to take too much of it and then watch action movies. It makes everything very vivid almost like a mild psychedelic experience.

I do not like taking it but I do on very rare occasions where a bad cold is keeping me up at night. when I take it I wake up still kind of groggy sometimes my face is a little numb that codeine Iin NyQuil really hits me hard. I prefer to have a good solid 8 plus hours to sleep if I take NyQuil I also have a lot of crazy dreams when I take it.

Is this a hidden outcry?

Never had an issue.

What did it do to you? Did you follow the directions? It has always worked for me.

I have the flu like I've never had before, not even Michael Jordan would be able to play through this chit. My wife buys be some nyquil so that I can get better sleep at night. So I drink it reluctantly, because I dont do medicine. Any way I wake up a couple of hours later, hot as hell, so I grab my phone and turn the heater off. So I get up to hit the pisser. As I stand up I can feel the temperature in each distinct layer of air, as I take a couple of steps the ground is moving, not like I was drunk, but more like a groovy feel. At this point I'm telling myself I'll never take that chit again. As I make my way to the restroom I notice the door is elongated and not squared. My restroom is a jack and jill so it has three doors to it and they all look the same...... by this time I'm already relieving myself. When I start to realize I'm gonna pass out. I'm trying to finish up before the clock strikes zero. I start squatting down to get closer to the floor, I'm almost finished.......and the lights go out! I wakeup with my left hand in the towel bowl full of piss, apparently I didnt have time to flush...and the rest of my body crumpled up between the wall and toilet. At this point I'm really burning up, so I pull myself out of that position and lay on the nice cold tile......that is until I fell the urge to puke. I dont know what to attribute to the nyquil, but I'm pretty sure the trippy hallucinations are a part of it.

A: NyQuil has three active ingredients: acetaminophen (a pain reliever/fever reducer), dextromethorphan HBr (a cough suppressant) and doxylamine succinate (an antihistamine).

Well, you have the flu bad, maybe your temp spiked really high. Ive had hallucinations with my fever around 104-105. If you took a normal dose of Nyquil and didn't mix it with other meds or alcohol, Im much more inclined to believe it was your temp over the Nyquil.

Did she pour you an 12 oz glass or a 1.5 oz shot. FYI if it was the 12 oz glass, check to see if she upped your life insurance policy lately!
