I am all for this. Age limit for tobacco products including vaping products is now 21 yo nationwide.

And age limits keep minors from drinking also.

When I was a kid Chris and Dusty Cummings were chain smoking in the first grade............they both quit school in the 5th grade and fished all the time............too freaking funny looking back at it.

^ This. In the eyes of the state of TX and the Federal Government you are a legal adult and can enter into legal contracts, vote, and join the military but you can’t smoke or vape now.

If you have no problem with this you should have a problem with any of Michael Bloomberg policies sense he knows how much soda and donuts you should have. I don’t need a government being a nanny state over me!

Also I don’t like how this was done on the Federal level by putting in the Federal budget package to pass. If you want something to be a law make it a bill and let it pass on its own merits.

If an 18 year old isn’t grown enough to decide if he’s old enough to smoke . He damn sure isn’t old enough to vote. I think all of the age limit laws are a joke. Either your an adult at 18 or your not.

This^. Voting is more dangerous than owning a gun these days. If 21 is what is considered an adult for alcohol/tobacco then the voting age should be the same.

I heard it was against the law to smoke meth to. But drive through East Texas and you wouldn't know that.
