Sidebar question for the curious at heart.

Does removing a suppressor and then later replacing it change the POI?

I could see removing a suppressor being necessary when transporting a rifle.

Thanks for the help everyone! Got everything put together this weekend and got to run a few rounds through it - I can see why so many people do the ATF dance for a year now.

Texas Dan - From the research I’ve done, how much POI shift you get kinda depends on the brake and how it’s mounted. That’s part of why I selected the suppressor I chose, its supposed to have little to no shift when you remove it and put it back on. That was confirmed earlier in this thread by someone (cocker) that swaps them a lot.

No. I've put mine off/on hundreds of times and no change in POI.
