I have at least 3 nice bucks that are all busted up showing up at my place. What did they run into, a Buick?

You gotta take 'em early I guess if you don't want a busted up rack. I just can't believe the buck who lost his whole antler. How much force would that take?

Has always amazed me how the antlers break and how much force is going through them and it doesn't damage the skull or any of the seams of it.

If you ever get the opportunity to hear two big ones earnestly going after it, you will realize it is hard to replicate that much noise and intensity with rattling.

I was told that huge 8 pointers can do damage to deer like that. I thought it was crazy until I shot a really nice 8 that was missing a nice tine. The next day I'm sitting in the stand and sure enough the biggest 8 pointer I've ever seen walks by. Couldn't shoot him because I was in an AR county.

This guy lives out there too. He's got the mass and the body size to get the job done, although I have not seen him aggressive. The pics I have of him don't show a swollen neck.
