I have several .22's, all Browning, Tbolts and SA but I don't have anything that is threaded to accept a suppressor. I am ordering a YHM Stinger. Now that I have 11 months to think about it, what would ya'll recommend that are running suppressors on a .22? I am definitely not interested in having either of Tbolts threaded.
Thanks

When my stamp came in I also ran out and bought some guns (know it's supposed to be the reverse but wth). Anyways I also ended up with a threaded 10/22 but I opted for the backpacker takedown model. I love the thing! I also bought a Ruger 22/45 Mark IV LITE and a Kel Tec CMR 30. The can I have (Silencerco Sparrow) is rated up to 5.7 so I'm eventually going to get a threaded barrel for my FN 5.7 pistol also. Earl

Ruger 10/22 with a 16" threaded barrel. It's one of my favorite guns to shoot. Why the blade?
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

What’s the build info on that, Jeremy?..... Doc is right. It's not a 16" barrel. It was originally a factory 10/22 Charger, which is a pistol. It's super short and handy, but I'd probably go with a 16-incher next time so I could use a decent stock instead of the brace. It's in a PMACA chassis. My friend that built it, also Cerakoted the whole rig. I have a video of my son shooting it with my Omega 30 can. It's still so quiet, you can't tell the difference between a live round fired and a dry fire. I can send the video by FB Messanger if you want to see it. Everyone that has shot it, instantly had a smile on their face. They're even more fun with a few 25-round mags.
Haha yea I polished that thing for hours.

I've got an SBRed 10/22 with a 10" barrel in a Butler Creek side folding stock. Very handy and fun to shoot.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

I have a CZ 455 threaded, Ruger 22/45 light, Savage 22 mag and a Ruger 10/22 with an integrally suppressed Gemtech barrel The 10/22 is called the "giggle gun" and it gets used the most
The CZ 455 with subs is the absolute quietest and cuts one hole groups as it is also scoped, the 10/22 has a red dot
FWIW, I have a Spectre II and have tested a lot of rimfire cans, there isn't hardly any real audible difference between any of them.

I got the 10/22 Tactical version because it came with a threaded barrel.

A guy I've hunted with all my life used to weld as a hobby, he built it probably 30 years ago when we hunted in Junction. He also built a trailer smoker out of a 500 gallon propane tank that lives at the deer lease and gets used a couple times a year.

Thanks, Jeremy, I’ve been unhappy with the stock on mine (Archangel) and looking at others.

Ruger Tacsol 10/22 and Mark IV Lite pistol. My Bowers suppressor is also 5.7 rated so I use it with my Ruger Precision 17 HMR also. It’s just not subsonic with the 17 but still fun.
