Some of you old hands that have been stopping in Junction for years probably know all about this, but everywhere runs out of ice on big hunting weekends, like this one. And I heard more than one place, over several weeks say they're freezer boxes are "broke"  and they can't get anyone to come work on them. Plan accordingly. One thing I'm learning with my new place - no one in town gets in too much of a hurry to fix anything. And if someone sees a drop of rain on their windshield...fogetaboutit! 'Looking forward to the Boerne Buccee's. I hear 2021.  (After I10 is put back together in front of it...hopefully...someday. )

I went to my first Buccees a couple weeks ago while running equipment around down there. Cheese and Crackers. I understand what all the fuss is about, now.

Buccees is unreal. One off 35 in New Braunfels is a zoo....People in Erath county don't get in to much of a hurry either.
Life is too short, as is. Don't chance it.

When the local stores ran out of ice we would go to the nearest burger joint, buy a few burgers and ask them if they would fill up our cooler with ice. Never got turned down.
