Taking grandson on exotic hunt I have hunted before on public land but never done payed hunt what is the difference of meat hunt vs management hunt.

To me an Axis doe is a meat hunt, and a cull buck is a management hunt. Could be wrong though.

If your looking to fill the freezer choose the meat hunt, you should come out ahead
Now, if you looking to put a young man on his first buck then its management hunt doesn't matter species, they apply to exotics also
