I wouldn't call Oak Cliff part of Dallas, I would go ahead call it more taken over by Illegals.

Last I heard the Mexican Cartels had drug houses there, with blow and weed with scorpions trademarks on them inside the house. Heard easy to buy drugs or a firearm at these places

Nothing new.
I remember 25 or 30 years ago a friend was headed out to get his newspaper one morning. He glances out the peep hole and sees some character jump behind the shrubs.
He grabs his pistol and pockets it.

When he gets outside, the guy jumps out with a knife and says I want some money.
My bud pulls the gun and says get the Hell off my property.

He did.

It gets harder and harder to find that new place that is affordable for most................I pack the judge all day

This is what I do, everyday, everywhere. LCP, Glock, Marlin are ever-present. If on lawn mower, tractor.....I'm packing. I answer the front door by going out the back door.
If strange person approaches, he is informed of encroachmen and asked to stop.

Never had an incident in my 45 years of living in the country. You'd have to drive to get here. I know most of the vehicles.

The rich drug dealers don't live in the barrio, they are the neighbors of the upper class.

Just look for the 30,000 house with 100,000 dollar stone and wrought iron fence all way around the house and bingo. Oh. Has to have the decorative lions on the front porch.

Those kind of guys know better than to carry cash and don't live in Oak Cliff.
