What is the cheapest way to buy Swarovski binos and spotting scopes??
There has gotta be a way to save some money.

Check the classifieds here. They come up occasionally.
However as far as new? Swarovski has a very strict MAP policy and all retailers as a result of this sell Swarovski products for exactly the same price. Your best bet would be to search the forums, or perhaps ask Doug if he has any demos available at CameralandNY.

If you call Europtics or Camerland, They may be able to give you a bit off. MAP pricing has them strict. Like Skylar said, look for a demo or "open box"

Ebay is the place to buy, especially after Christmas.
Have a bit of patience and near new will pop up for a bit below MAP.

Check classifieds, call the site's sponsors (ex: Doug) and ask what they can do for you, and scour the web for Black Friday deals. Last year I got a killer deal (to me) on a STX. Basically buy the STX with the 95mm and get the 65mm objective for free.
