You are spray foaming right? Was there a reason not to wrap the entire house instead of just the bottom?

Yes, walls 1" of closed cell, followed by 2 1/2" of open cell, 7" of open cell on the roof. Tyvec between cement fiber board and stone. Figured the 1" closed cell would take care of the unlikely vapor behind sheetmetal.

Only reason I say that is I was told buy one builder he will always wrap the whole thing so when you spray foam it the foam is on the wrap and if you ever had to take off or replace a sheet of steel the foam won’t come with it
