Any suggestions for a place to take the deer for sausages , and jerky in Lubbock .

I've used Klemke's in Slaton in the past. They had a pretty bad fire earlier this year and I don't know if they've reopened.
I am looking for an alternative as well.

Not much in Lubbock. Try Jackson Brothers in Post or Duck Creek in Spur. Klemke's was super high but like mentioned they burned down this year.

Jacksons is scheduled drop off only and they only accept them on mondays and wednesdays. Basic processing is $150 skin on and $100 if you bring skinned (pretty sure thats right)
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.
