I just bout an old abolt 2 in 270wsm a d am looking for the best deal on a 50mm obj rifle scope. So far i have liked the vortex viper, viper hs(even though i cant readily see the difference, or the justification for the 100 dollar difference) sig whiskey 3 hellfire triplex, maybe a leupold freedom series... not sure if fhey are any good. But half the price. Warranty plays a big part. One reason why vortex is high on the list. 30mm tube is pretty important to take even more light from the 50mm obj. Black or grey. I heard sigs were made by holosun too btw. Whats everyone's opinions? Used is an option with a vortex too btw.

How far are you shooting and what is your budget?
I think SWFA is one of the best values going but there are lots of options if you are considering used as well.
