La Calle Doce for Marisco. I prefer Skillman location.

SA, for steak and seafood, go to Nick and Sam’s in uptown. Trulucks is is good, but doesn’t hold a lick to the quality of food at N&S’s.

It isn’t cheap, so bring the CC, but happy wife equals happy life.

And if you like cotton candy, ask for the cotton candy dessert.

If you end up near Addison, Nate's or Remington's or Chamberlain's for seafood.
Nate's leans cajun, usually excellent, fairly laid back, casual go as you are. Everything from T-shirts, shorts & flip flops to jackets & well dressed ladies.
Remingtons really great for fresh fish dishes, but all are excellent, order with Sonoma salad, their blackened fish best Ive had anywhere, usually an older quiet crowd, men nice button down shirt & women usually dress nice not fancy.
Chambelain's is kinda of a mix of all of it. Been a while since we've been food always good, bananas foster desert must try.

Pretty much downtown Dallas near McKinney Ave & Maple ave, Truluck's seafood is usually excellent. (expensive) & not our crowd.
Nick & Sams $$$$ not really our crowd.
Various locations Papadeaux.

Too many great steak places to mention, from reasonable price to outrageous, depends on what part of Dallas you'll be near.

For me....Cafe Pacific or Montlake Cut for seafood .and Cafe Pacific for steak as well.

Cafe Pacific’s ceviche is killer as a starter. And the matchstick sweet potato’s are the best.

You want great food and atmosphere..CP is it....but getting a reservation for this weekend will probably be difficult.

I concur, CP is damn good, and the setting is gorgeous and very romantic.

Perry's in uptown. Has both seafood and steak.
I suggest the bone in ribeye with peppercorn sauce.
Capital Grill is also good.

Both are close to downtown so may have trouble getting in. If so check out Al Biernet's. It is a little outside of the uptown area so may have a better chance getting a table.

Appreciate it, she's gonna start calling at noon, and see where we can get in. If not we plan to be back up in Dallas for the Big 12 championship game. Yall have given us one hell of a list to try. It should keep us busy for a while. Appreciate it.

There is also an Al Berneit north by galleria mall. It should be less crowded than Downtown

It is very good
