AN ANGELO, TX -- If you ever wanted to know what it was like to fight in the days of cannons and other civil war gear then this weekend is your chance!
This weekend at Fort Concho, two certified artillery instructors will be hosting a "School of the Piece."
It kicks off tomorrow, October 5, with the sign-in day at the fort's Living History Stables, 236 Henry O. Flipper Street at Burgess Street, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The fee will be $55 per person due that day. There will be a supper/social that evening from 6:00 pm- 7:30 pm at the Living History Stables.

Saw a demo in Vicksburg at the museum. Those guys must have nerves of steel.

If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?
