Using the same powder load, same bullet, & same brass, will changing the primer to a mag primer affect MV, or pressure? The powder load is not near max load. Thanks

Standard logic would be to reduce the load a bit and work back up. The mag primer should raise pressure.

Magnum primer will definitely up the pressure and speed from my experiences. If your not pushing max should not be enough to cause issues.
