Is incredible!

Sent three binoculars to their customer service group. They're some extremely professional, yet friendly folks, when you contact them by phone.

One binocular is a 10x42 EL original issue on its third trip for service. The other 2 were purchased 6 years ago. None were broken but all of them needed deep cleaning, eye cups, one new diopter, lenses polished, etc.

We received them this week, a month after shipping to Swarovski. All look and function as close to new as they could, other than wear on the metal surfaces.

Swarovski charged us -0-, as always. Does customer service get any better? Leupold and G Loomis are the only other co.'s that meet that standard, IME.

I had the same results as you with mine that were broken by a friend. They repaired no charge and used those binoculars for another 25 years and sold them for what I paid for them.

They are a great company. I repped them in the 90s. They always were a class act.

Leica repaired my 10 yr old Geovids after , by accident, I knocked them out of my gun safe onto the floor. The fall broke the cup on the eyepiece and jammed the eyepiece into the body on the right side not allowing any movement for adjustment. I sent them back and they repaired that and a scratched lens for free. Shipped them back for free.

Yes Swaro did the same for mine - also added the Swarovision coatings to my 20 year old ELs.

Anybody else have any experience with Leica? Looking at some Geovids but was concerned about their customer service. Thanks
