The wife of an old friend just turned 86. Her husband, Harold, was one of those great guys that you never forget. He was watching one day when the Neighbor’s dog came over to visit. Little miserable dog would come into my yard (he lived two houses down), wait till he and I had eye contact, and with me watching he’d take a dump in my yard. That was personal, and I was not pleased. It happened most often on weekends when I’d wash my good looking black Olds Cutlass. It was a regular occurrence. Neighbor Harold observed this several times, and with a big laugh, he handed me his Crossman Pellet gun. Well now...game changer. So the next time I washed the car, I leaned the pellet gun on a nearby bush. And soon after, here came Doodle (not Diddle). He did the usual eye contact, turned his back and took the dump. I grabbed the pellet gun and nailed him in the backside (all of this is alleged, I should add, and maybe never actually happened). The next weekend, he did the same thing, but took off running immediately after. I grabbed the pellet gun and made an amazing running shot on him (allegedly).

At a cocktail party some time later, the lady of that house mentioned that the evil neighbor’s kid had shot her dog twice, and cost her $75 each time at the vet. I agreed that it was awful and kids these days were just terrible.

Of course this probably was just a dream and never happened. Or maybe it was a friend that told me all this.

It was, allegedly, a 77 Cutlass S. Black, with a silver vinyl roof and a 350 engine, bucket seats and black interior. It replaced a 70 Olds 442, baby blue with a dark blue vinyl roof. That 442 would howl down the road.

Harold had a cousin in Abilene named Ed, that used the same technique on our neighbor's dogs.

How do you keeping on posting these great threads?

Had a cat once that took a dump on the carpet, I cleaned it up. Second time rubbed it's face in it. Third time squirt liter fluid on its arse never did it any more, poor cat.

If t actually happened the punishment was appropriate.

Had a neighbor years ago that had five beagles in her backyard. The dogs howled constantly. People begged her to do something about the noise but she refused for years.
Families actually moved out because she wouldn’t train the dogs to be quiet.

One night somebody tossed some green wieners or something over the fence and several of the dogs died.

This woman had the gall to post a sign in the neighborhood claiming that a “dog killer” was loose in the area.
I don’t want to hurt anyone’s pet but she was to blame.
