I have quite a few Elk cows that I need to move. We are trying to lower the feed bill on this ranch. We feed them free choice protein year round, so these animals are nice and healthy. They are located outside of Lexington, Texas. The hunts will be conducted safari style as well as spot and stalk. The price includes guide, skin and quartering. No meals or lodging are available for this hunt. I prefer to have a 2 cow elk minimum to schedule the hunt, or I can schedule you the same day as someone else if needed.
The price is $950 each, and a multiple animal discount will be offered. A 50% deposit is required to book your hunt.
We will also be offering a handful of bulls on this ranch. Please pm me on the bulls.
Thank for looking and have a great day.

I responded to everyone busy time of the year. I also said a minimum of 2 hunters or 2 elk cows to book a day. Issue is everyone who booked a single hunt wants to come on different dates. Please note I am selling them much cheaper than anyone else and I would loose money to have me or one of my guides drive 2 hours for someone to only shoot 1 cow.

Did you actually do some of these hunts? i tried to get a date set from the time I sent the deposit in Sept. until you cancelled our hunt in January. I have had a few members ask me about this hunt and I told them all I got was excuses and I even went to the trouble to get with another member that would hunt on the same day and asked for an axis doe also. We could not get a date confirmed, we sent emails, text, called and sent PM's and all we got was "give me some dates and I will see what I got open". When you finally gave us a date you would not confirm and then you cancelled days before after holding my deposit for 3 1/2 months. When I asked about my deposit you said you sent it but after waiting a week I did not receive it. When I contacted you about it you said you would wire it and you did. I know you were doing other hunts that I am sure were more profitable and you did say you were not doing any more of these cheap hunts when you cancelled on us.
My main issue is I want the truth no BS and I will understand, I may not like it but I will understand. I am not the only member on here that has had this same issue

They texted me about a DIY Pronghorn hunt. I answered the next day. 'Never heard another word from them. I've got no patience whatsoever with folks that cannot get their act together.

My main issue is I want the truth no BS and I will understand, I may not like it but I will understand. I am not the only member on here that has had this same issue I am at the mercy of the ranch owner on this deal. We they let us hunt we can hunt. These were the cheapest Elk cow hunts on the market. I couldn’t take you to another ranch where they are changing $400 or more on each cow. Then I eat that much money. I am only going to eat so much money but I can’t afford to eat $400 Or more on each elk cow. When I am only going to make $200 on the original hunt I have to have guides or me drive 2 1/2 hours. I wanted to offer a great hunt deal for people I took deposits on single hunters and trying to line up schedules it just failed all together. That’s why I am not doing these type of hunts anymore period we did not conduct 1 cow elk hunt. It’s just not with the head ache for under $200 profit. I also offered everyone another hunt at a 10% discount or a free axis doe hunt that had the elk cow hunts booked. So I tried to please everyone by offering them something. More than welcome to come hunt something else with a 10% discount and no deposit down. I apologize once again about the elk cows and I will no longer be conducted bargain priced meat hunts. Thanks in advance and have a great day

I did not get your txt sir, so I apologize about not responding. I just went back and looked again and I don’t have a response from you.
