Oaks loaded with acorns at lease in Stephens Co. With some very needed rain fall when they start falling, masts will be plentiful for a period of time. I set up a new set today for the oaks as corn at feeders likely will pile up. Really debating about not going Saturday morning (can't hunt Sat pm this year). Need some rain and that first cool front

Oaks are loaded on our place in Coleman Co. On one portion of the property, many have already fallen, but in other areas, they are still green and hanging tight in the trees.

Not nearly as many as last year down here on my place in Goliad County. Found a few around the yard and one tree out when riding around that have some on the ground. Not been out in the pasture to walk around to see how many are on the ground out there. Most of the trees do not have any this year.

Our trees are sagging we have so many acorns. We lost several big deer a few years ago when this happened. Hopefully the new Lyssy and Echols additive will help, if they will even eat any of it.

Same in Hamilton Co. around Evant. Some trees dropping and some are not. Live Oaks and Red Oaks have acorns.

I'm loaded with a corns but checked feeders yesterday. They are eating corn which surprised me. Same with me on the akerns. They will still eat the corn right now, but those trees are just getting ready to rain acorns in the coming weeks, and that corn won't be as attractive to the deer.

They’re dropping in Llano and Burnet counties. Haven’t seen a bumper crop though. There’s a pretty decent crop in La Salle county on the river bottom.

The Mesquites where I hunt have yet to get them. The oaks have to start producing beans in order for that to happen!

Live oaks here have been dropping maybe a week to 10 days, much better kernels this year too. White and post oak have a lot but not dropping yet from what I have seen in Wise Co.

Didn't realize there were white oaks in Wise Co. Grew up hunting NE TX and SE Ark. Finding just that right white oak tree preferred by the deer was always my favorite way to scout and put a spike or two in a tree and a board up on a limb. Deer would literally walk over white oaks on ground to that season's magical tree's oaks

Have a few oaks now dropping smaller acorns , mostly the POST OAK Haven't been over to see what the spanish oaks are doing yet.

Holy cow, I could not sleep. My cabin is right under a huge oak. All night about every 10-15 minutes, BANG! It sounded like golf balls hitting the roof.

Yep the Post Oaks and Blackjack oaks are what I'm seeing mostly in Stephens Co. In Upshur Co the Red Oaks and White Oaks are hit and miss. Lost a lot of those trees in last couple years due to draught. Pin Oaks in the flats will be great if water gets out of sloughs towards end of duck season.
