Today starts the trial of Amber Guyger the police woman who shot a guy in his apartment mistakenly thinking she was in hers and he was a burglar. This thing could go bad in a hurry for our Police and First Responders regardless of the outcome. So to all of our men and women in Blue, stay safe we back the Blue

She pointed her gun at a man and pulled the trigger with intent to kill. Her intent is what matters, not a phone call she made after the deed.
Just to make sure that it is done thoroughly, I go both ways.

From day1 the whole thing seemed weird, like there's something there we don't know. Was she on Ambien? So tired her mind was functioning at about 50%. Or an overreacting female, hired for quota reason, who should've never been a cop carrying a weapon in the first place. Whatever the case, race politics will be all over it.

You're talking about 1st degree murder. No. 1st degree is when a murder happens in the process of another crime, usually theft.
