I cut up another boneless ribeye.
I cut 7 nice steaks.
I also left 2 good chunks of Ribeye Roast to smoke.

There are some nice marbled Ribeyes there without to much excess fat up

Just can’t have very much of the ribeye right now, but my friends and family will be able to tear them up.
