I will be there for that hunt too. Info is spotty around the web, but apparently there is the occasional aoudad and axis running around. I've read that they will take you to an assigned box blind that has been baited with corn. Compartments are assigned by random drawing

I've never hunted there, but have been there many times. Lots of deer around and a gorgeous place. You will have a blast. I would bet that you should be able to bring home some fine table fare, as well. Congrats.

From the amount of deer in that area from just driving around, you shouldn't have a problem seeing some animals.

I hunted there 5 or 6 years ago. You should have not problem seeing deer. I think everyone in our group killed at least one deer. One thing I did was take a folding camp chair to sit on in the stand. They provide a box stand with a 2x6 to sit on that got terribly uncomfortable after 4 hours.
The park staff does a drawing to assign blinds, then they take you to and from your blind. They told us to not go searching for any wounded game due to the proximity of some other blinds. We were allowed to put out our own corn.
Beautiful country, great place to camp.
Good luck.
