Last night the wife cooked the best dad gum Gumbo I have had in forever. Thinking about having her add shrimp to it next time, thoughts?

I broke out my 15 gallon cast iron pot yesterday and made a little seafood gumbo for supper too. Bacon, tasso, andouille, shrimp, crab, crawfish, oysters, & eggs.
