Oklahoma doesn’t separate NR and Resident allocation for draw tags. Only difference is lic cost. Two county options w/different county tag allotments(Cimmaron and Texas)

State Rifle tags(either sex and doe only) - are a once in a life time draw for sept 5-9
Bow tags - are OTC for both (first week in Oct)
Landowner Rifle -landowner tag (up to four either sex and four does), land acreage does weight drawing odds . It’s a crop depredation tag. either sex is concurrent with state draw season and doe only is dec-Jan(focused on winter wheat/barely preservation)
