Puddins called me today and said the land owner called. Yesterday she said we had no birds but said we are covered up now. Said she had a hard time getting down the road for all the birds. WOOHOO!

Hopefully that carries North into Throckmorton. I'm looking forward to a great hunt after last years fiasco.

I always enjoyed hunting on Puddins leases but he's lost several of them in the past couple of seasons and the ones he kept I never did very good on. I sure hated losing the Olney field the worst.

A bunch showed up here this morning too, mostly whitewing. Hopefully they stick around.

Our fields are cotton this year, so i'm not sure how great we will do, but we'll still have some fly bys probably come in on the mojos

I'd say were in for a good opener. The Hotel man in Seymour said they are seeing lots of birds now. They have been seeing plenty a few weeks ago then they sorta disappeared...but back now. Soooooo, from Seymour to Breckenridge is looking good, that means Throckmortan should be good
