I am trying narrow down these 7 photos to only 5 photos for a local photo contest. Which 5 would choose? I narrowed it down to 60, then to these last 7 . So, now I am trying to narrow it down to the last 5 to enter.

2 and 4 are the only one's that do it for me. The rest are nice photos...but very common themes and settings. Also, photos with high contrast will catch the eye better than those where the subject blends with the background (regardless the action).

Nice photos ALL....don't get me wrong....but for a 'Contest' you'll need to bring your best .

Man, that's a hard pick. I'd have to say 4

I would take out 5 and 6 but damn....

2-6 for me with 4 by far my favorite. That one deserves a home made mesquite wood frame!

I am only taking one of the first two photos when I make my 5 choices. My best are usually not the ones I like the best though. I usually take out the ones judges would like since the judges a new every year.

5, 3, 2, 7, 6, in that order.

I'll be the odd man out and say to cull #5 and #7 based on the colors and sun light! The other's are just better!

My favorites are 1 and 4 for color pop and pose. Followed by 5 for submission and 7 for interest and finally 2 for action. Wish the colors were better in 2, but it is what it is. Great pics all around!!
