We have a late opening on our 9000 acre low fence trophy deer lease. This is a turn key lease. All stands and feeders are in place. Ranch owner does all labor filling feeders, etc. We killed a 200, 189, 185, 180, 180, and 170 last season. No cattle or oil field traffic. This is without doubt one of the top LF ranches in Texas. Cost is $11,800 per member plus we pay for feed which runs around 3-4 k per member. 12 hunters total. Many of you have seen the quality of bucks we have on this place that I have posted over the years. If you are interested PM me for more information. Serious inquiries only please. PS: YES IT IS AN EXPENSIVE LEASE. It is also a world class lease. It is what it is. Thanks

Man, if I needed a place to hunt, I'd be all over this one. Great country with what must be a great group of hunters. You guys do it right, tlk.

I know a lot about this lease and its off the charts great, so let me elaborate. I thought I was going to get on this lease a while back and its partly my fault for causing him to have to scramble at this late date. I just had something completely unexpected come up and couldn’t get on. Its obviously not cheap so if its too much money that’s understandable. But for just that one guy out there that has the money and is serious about an every year opportunity at a 160 to 200” South TX LF buck then this place is hard to beat. There are leases out there more expensive but its hard for me to imagine the whole package being better than this. I know tlk personally and he is an ideal lease boss. The ownership of the Ranch is long term and committed to help keep it at this level. They are involved enough to be aware without being overbearing. There are no cattle or oil on the place which means among other things that there are no interior gates. More importantly, it also means that the owners sole focus is on managing the property long term for Trophy deer. Its truly unique that the ownership devotes all its time, effort, heavy equipment etc into managing for Trophy deer without any conflict between cattleman and hunter. An example would be that they put in many water stations(pilas) all over the ranch exclusively for wildlife. I toured the Ranch with tlk and saw all the pictures of previous kills in their camphouse. Its very impressive and its not just one or two here and there but it’s a proven track record year in and year out over many years. They have a lot of high quality tower blinds but there is a lot of country that’s not pressured by the every day blind traffic. There are a whole lot of 4way and 5way senderos the ownership keeps cleared that a person can set up on and just corn the road. Many many ways to hunt the place. I can go on and on but I assure you if you have the money it is everything he says it is. I would love it if someone wanted to pm me for even more first hand info. I do know tlk but I am really an unbiased bystander. Even though its late in the year tlk will be very picky about who he offers this spot to so I would recommend if you are serious that you contact him and be self promoting. He has gotten this deal to work through the years because he recruits hunters that will fit into what is working and im sure he will continue to do that.
At some point in life its time to quit chasing the pot of gold and just enjoy the rainbow. FR Keep your gratitude higher than your expectations. RWH
