 What outdoor places are used in TX for training

one's dogs outside of hunting seasons that are accessible to the public?
One may want to train their retrievers for both land and water work.
One might also want to train their hound to blood-trail wounded deer.
Naturally, the places for bird dog training have to allow dogs off leash.

Most public places will have no problems with you training on them. The grasslands In Decatur, and Bonham for example. Lake Steed in Ok., and the grasslands in the ok. panhandle. Just a few that I know of.
