Link to storyThis time of year go for a morning walk. That should give you plenty of vitamin D. I'm not disagreeing with your doctor, BUT, if you've been feeling bad I'm betting its more than a vitamin D deficiency. If you eat right, exercise, and are getting your sleep, then I'd bet the farm it's more than a lack of vitamin D. Here's the million dollar question. Are you eating right, exercising, and getting plenty of sleep?

Wouldn't be surprised to learn that a side effect of THC is that it somehow leeches Vitamin D out of the system.

I would start with ditching the soft drink habit. That alone, as hard as it is to quit, will make you feel tons better.

I Own It, It's my fault all I can do now is fix it but the Depression has kicked my azz. I'd bet with the diet and frequent nighttime urination you have diabetes. And, depression is also a symptom. Ask the doc to check your a1c, start doing what you know needs to be done, and you're on your way no matter what is getting you.

Add lemon or a lime if you want or adverse to water. It gives it a 'taste'. The increased hydration alone will help with the depression and provide the right kind of fluid for your body to rid itself of other toxins. In time the Cokes won't taste as good as you increase the water intake.
Grateful for every sunrise and sunset I get to witness. - Jason

You might try eliminating things (caffeine, cannabis, alcohol, nicotine ect ect) one by one for a period of days to find out what's wrong. I did this last year and found caffeine was causing havoc in me. No caffeine since then and I feel so much better.
