If anyone is looking for some property to lease personally or with a private group my buddy has some land that he is leasing out to private groups or individuals.
The properties are in Brookshire and in East Bernard and range in price from 3k to 10k some with have guaranteed water for flats . The properties consist of rice and flooded fallow.
This does not benefit me financially just trying to help a buddy out getting information out about his property for lease.

Dang son, I hunt brookshire....for less than a penny on the dollar.

Lots of woodies, teal, and gadwall in the area. Mallards, black mallards, pintail, and a few redheads fly through the area. Don’t know if geese are included but there’s still a decent number of them coming down through brookshire.
Could be a great spot for someone!
