Sapphire mountains east of Missoula. All except for the one in the middle of the second set - that’s the Clark Fork Canyon in Wyoming near Yellowstone NP.

Awesome! I did some fly fishing for the first time in CO last week. Was with a guide, so we couldn't keep and eat the fish....the only downside of the experience.
How'd you cook the fish? How was it??

I usually catch and release also. When I do eat a few I cook them whole (gutted and scraped) drenched in flour, salt, and pepper. They are always good.
