Decided to try my griddle out on the grill. This was my first time cooking shrimp on a griddle and they turned out pretty good. I marinated them in olive oil, fresh lemon juice and soy sauce with old bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper for a little heat. Cooked them for about 3 minutes on each side . Fixed your shrimp recipe on the disk this eve, Tpack, Served over a bed of mushroom, garlic, and butter pasta, with cheesy broccoli and four cheese garlic toast. Was really good and will be on menu again soon. Sorry, no pics, haven’t posted a pic here in years, will Work on remedying that.!
