So we started Cub Scouts today with my 5 year old. They have a new program called Lions. It comes before Tiger Cubs. We visited a local radio station, ate pizza, and toured a bowling alley. Pretty great trip. My son enjoyed it and I look forward to more adventures as he progresses.

I think that’s wonderful. Give the little fellow a hug for me. I’d send you my old Cub Scout knife, but I snapped the blade off back in about the late 50’s. You can still have it if you can get the blade replaced. It would warm my heart to know a new Cub Scout had it.

My son is a Boy Scout and currently in Colorado on a camping trip, they did whitewater rafting today! Enjoy your adventures!
