I for one probably take the our Coast Guard for granted thinking what an easy gig, this video reminds me that they face all kinds of challenges

I have a friend that was in the Coast Guard. I jokingly tease him about it, he's a good sport. And trust me, he is not someone to be messed with, he is a beast.

He would sink like a stone with all that stuff on. I would think they do a good bit of training in full gear, so I'm not sure about that. Also, why didn't the submarine just dive to evade? That was a large amount of drugs they had on there though.

That was a large amount of drugs they had on there though. it's likely not fully submersible. ....and to show you the power of flex seal i sawed this drug smuggling submarine in half, and repaired it with only flex tape.

They sit so low they tend to not be detected on radar, which is why the traffickers use them.
