A while back I had these small roundish rash places on my face, went to the Dermatologist twice and was given prescriptions that were very little help. Wife did some research and determined it was Eczema and Neosporin Eczema cream was highly recommended. I have been using it for about 4 years now and it works great. I have used it on other skin irritations and it seemed to help (no open wounds). So if you have a rash that will not go away, it might just be the cheapest and best route to go.

Use Cetaphil in between outbreaks to keep breakouts to a minimum. It will even heal any itchy patches you get. I get it in the winter time.
