Grilled some Snake River Farms Wagyu beef hot dogs tonight. Buttered and grilled buns. Made a sauce composed of sour cream, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, fresh green onion. Assembled and topped with a little more parsley for decoration and some white onion (wanted red for color but didn't have any). F-ing delicious.
