Looking at getting an SBR in 9mm that will use Glock mags. I like the Wilson AR9 for sure curious about other brands and setups? Will be used for home defense and LE work. Appreciate any leads or suggestions thanks

Just get a 9mm dedicated lower and build the way you want it. PSA has their Glock lower receivers on daily deals from time to time. I put together 2 using 16in melonite treated barrels. WAY too much fun to shoot. 1 is in the bedroom for defense and the other has had the snot shot out of it between me and the grand kids. Glad I went with melonite on that one.

My registered SBR is built on a Lone Wolf lower with 10/5" barrel from Orion Guns

These days there are tons of options for a Glock-mag lower, and my braced pistol is built on a lower/upper from PSA with an 8" barrel from Orion Guns.

The CMMG Guard in 9mm will be the softest shooting option out there for an AR based 9mm. The radial delay is a nice operating system. It shoots as soft as a MP5

What he said! Then you can drop in a binary trigger and it won't get chewed apart!!!

What’s y’all thoughts on ar9 pistols from Palmetto State Armory anyone ever shot one or bought guns from them? I like a couple they have right now only draw back is the bolt doesn’t stay open after the last round is fired.

I’m not a big gun guy.

But the PSA. AKV is pretty nice. Don’t know about mags.

man, I LOVE my WC AR9
very accurate, zero malfunctions

Killed pigs with it with the 135g Hornady Critical Duty

At first it had the Shockwave brace and I later switched to the TailHook 2
Originally I had planned on SBR'ing it but no longer plan to
In it's shortest config and with no can it rides in the door pocket of my F-150

With a 25 yard zero it shoots about an inch group and easy hits on 12" plates at 100

I like the WC AR9 it’s kind of pricey, was worried about some of the reviews saying they had feed problems? What kind of optic is that on there and what kind of suppressor you running? That’s a sweet looking gun, where did you buy yours at? Thanks for posting

mine has been 1000% flawless since day one with all sorts of ammo
If there was a feeding issue WC would take care of it

I run an Aimpoint T1 on it, can is an Obsidian 45 by Rugged Suppressors

I got it direct from WC
