 Marlin .22 795 scope

I'm thinking about buying this scope and putting it on my .22, it's a marlin model 795, I dont shoot it a whole lot, or as much as i would like to, i figured it would make picking squirrels out of trees easier and turtles in the pond. for $40 i think its a good deal... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000KOSB34?tag=reloaderaddict-20&th=1&psc=1my main question is will i need any other attachments to make this scope work? I know little to nothing about mounting scopes.  says it comes with dovetail mounts.. T.I.A
