I decided yesterday to do some slow smokin' today. Marinaded some odds & ends I found in the freezer overnight. All heavily peppered of course! food
WT ham chunk, Antelope Inside loin, Sandhill Crane Breast, Axis ham chunk, Black Buck Inside loin
