The other fillets are fixing to be cooked in the oven and made into a crappie salad (like tuna salad but with crappie) Living here on Cedar creek lake, I have alot of opportunity to fish, I have 3-4 fish frys a year and still have all the crappie my wife and I can eat in between. Sandbass and pretty much any other fish we catch (except keeper sized sunfish) get tossed back.
