I thought that looked like Cedar creek. Looks like the Caney city bridge in the background. Very nice place you have, Mark. I cheated. We used to have a lake house at long cabin. At 12 yo, my Dad would let me take the bass boat out by myself. Grew up fishing that lake. Always caught fish. Good times.

The Long Cove development across from Log Cabin caused the 198 bridge to go higher - which in turn brought in more Dallas money.

We sold our place back in the late 70s. I still miss it. . You have a gorgeous view. Very nice. The island used to have sand bass school around it every evening like clockwork. Magnum sandies too. Lil' George with 2 jigs ahead of it and you could catch 3 at a time.
